After-Sales Service

1. Do you provide warranty?

We provide 5 years free warranty for the machine, and lifespan warranty for LED chips.

2. How should I do if the machine have some problem?
24 hours technical after-sales service with 99.8% in time sevice rate, free accessories will be sent if any problems during warranty period. and we will offer you video of how to replace the parts, or video meeting which our engineers will attend the meeting to help you.

Shipping

1. Can you help me ship machine to my place?
Yes,Flexible shipping, can deliver goods under EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDU, DDP terms according to customers' request.

2. How much will cost from China to client location port or door shipping cost?
90% sea port can be offerd Shipping cost at sight after got sea port name and your factory address.

3. What picking with your machine, it can protect machine well?
International standard plywood packaging, strong, clean, safe and no need for fumigation.


Payment

1. What is your payment method? How much is the deposit? How to pay the balance?

TT /LC Paypal /Credit card, 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping
